 उपर्युक्त विषयक का सन्दर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें, जो पारस्परिक अन्तर्जनपदीय स्थानान्तरण प्रक्रिया 2023-24 के सम्बन्ध में है।

अवगत कराना है कि विशेष अपील संख्या-419 डी0/2021 अजय कुमार बनाम उ०प्र० राज्य व अन्य में मा० उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश दिनांक 05.07.2021 के विरुद्ध विशेष अनुज्ञा याचिका संख्या-8020/2022 उ0प्र0 राज्य व अन्य बनाम अजय कुमार व अन्य योजित की गयी थी, जिसमें मा० उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिनांक 30.10. 2023 को पारित आदेश के प्रभावी अंश निम्नवत् हैः-

Having heard Ms. Sansriti Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and Mr. MKS Menon, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Prem Prakash, learned counsel for the respondent(s), we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.

The petitioner is now directed to comply with the directions of the High Court, if not already complied

with, within a period of four weeks from today. Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.

विशेष अनुज्ञा याचिका संख्या-8020/2022 उ०प्र० राज्य व अन्य बनाम अजय

कुमार व अन्य योजित की गयी थी, जिसमें मा० उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिनांक 30.10. 2023 के विरुद्ध विभाग द्वारा पुनर्विचार याचिका संख्या-Case No. R.P.(C) No. 1942/2023 - State of U.P. And Ors. Vs. Ajay Kumar and Anr. योजित की गयी थी, जिसमें मा० उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिनांक 09.01.2024 को पारित आदेश के प्रभावी अंश निम्नवत् हैः-

Having carefully gone through the Review Petition, the order under challenge and the papers annexed therewith, we are satisfied that there is no error apparent on the face of the record or any merit in the Review Petition warranting reconsideration of the order impugned. The Review Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.

अतः आपको निर्देशित किया जाता है कि मा० उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित उक्त आदेश के अनुपालन में अग्रतर कार्यवाही करना सुनिश्चित करें।
